Attorney Jonathan J. Lo received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of California, San Diego. During undergrad, Jonathan took the opportunity to study abroad at the prestigious Fudan University in Shanghai, China where he focused on economics and the Chinese language. It was there that he experienced first-hand the intricacies of the Chinese culture. Upon graduation from San Diego in 2009, he joined the law firm where he started to develop an interest for the law and using it to help those in need. It was then that he decided to attend law school.
He studied law at Southwestern School of Law in Los Angeles. During law school, he served as an extern for a Federal Judge in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Los Angeles. The school also had law school exchange programs with various countries so Jonathan decided to spend a summer at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada studying environmental and international law. Jonathan’s invaluable experiences at school have allowed him to bring a different perspective to the table when helping clients.
Jonathan was admitted to the bar in 2015 and focuses on: Business litigation, criminal defense, estate planning, and representation of debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys playing golf and basketball.
