Brendan Molloy is a Law Clerk with the firm. He is currently pursuing his JD at Loyola Law School in the evenings while working with Lo & Lo, LLP full-time.
He previously worked for a renowned plaintiff’s litigation firm as a Law Clerk before joining Lo & Lo, LLP. Brendan’s focus and interests lie in transactional work and business litigation while his background has given him experience in a wide variety of litigation. Brendan earned a Bachelor’s in History and two Associates degrees in Business and Philosophy while graduating Cum Laude from his undergraduate studies at Mount St. Mary’s University, Maryland.
Brendan’s accomplishments and experiences include: Assisting with investigative research for attorneys on the Porter Ranch and Creek Fires class action lawsuits. Helping to Facilitate a $1,000,000 Million dollar settlement in a Catastrophic Personal Injury and Product Liability lawsuit by investigating a defendant’s contacts and ties to the state of California and opposing their attempts to avoid jurisdiction. Quickly and efficiently reviewing and editing an architectural services agreement that was then accepted without further changes by both parties, resulting in a satisfied client and avoiding any delay in the project.
