Kelvin J. Lo is a partner at the firm and head of the litigation team. Having been in the legal field since 2010, Kelvin has gained significant experience and a deep knowledge of the law, which he uses to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients. He represents individuals and businesses, large and small, in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, bankruptcy litigation, personal injury litigation, and employment litigation in both state and federal courts from the inception of disputes through litigation, trial, appeals, and the enforcement and collection of judgments and debts.
Kelvin understands the financial and mental stress of litigation and, therefore, believes in the early resolution of disputes and the avoidance of litigation when possible. When litigation is necessitated, Kelvin passionately fights for his clients’ rights and centers his focus on achieving his clients’ goals while adhering to the utmost ethical standards. Kelvin is proud of his strong track record of success and growing list of accomplishments.

Kelvin earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he served on the editorial board of the Entertainment Law Review, externed for a federal bankruptcy judge, and received focused training in trial advocacy and conflict resolution. Kelvin has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, where he competed on the NCAA Division I men’s golf team.
In his free time, Kelvin enjoys spending time with his family and two children, traveling, exercising, golfing, snowboarding, and playing guitar.
