Brendan Molloy is an experienced and well-rounded attorney who has recently rejoined Lo & Lo LLP as a managing attorney.
Admitted to the bar in December of 2022, Brendan’s legal experience far exceeds the two years he has practiced. Brendan is a hardworking individual, having graduated from a top high school in Christian Brother’s Academy, New Jersey, in 2014. He obtained his bachelor’s in History from Mount St. Mary’s University, Maryland graduating cum laude with minors in Philosophy and Business while maintaining 3 part-time jobs simultaneously. Brendan then moved across the country to California — working full time during the day and attending law school evening classes at night.
Despite his busy schedule, Brendan graduated law school in the top 35% of his class with a 3.49 GPA. Brendan first began working in the legal field during his first year in law school in 2019, joining Lo & Lo LLP in 2020 where he worked until 2022 gaining experience in Litigation, Transactional work, and even trial experience.
Today, Brendan has worked in multiple legal industries learning the ins and outs of personal injury litigation, business litigation, probate law, bonds, and surety claims and trial. Brendan remains committed to putting his intense work ethic into providing his clients with top-quality legal work and results.
As a law clerk, Brendan first gained experience in personal injury and employment litigation before joining Lo & Lo LLP. At Lo & Lo LLP, Brendan obtained extensive experience in business litigation and transactional work reviewing and drafting contracts. After passing the bar Brendan worked for multiple firms gaining experience in Probate law, personal injury defense litigation, and Bond and Surety work before rejoining Lo & Lo LLP.
When not working hard for his clients, Brendan enjoys spending time with his wife, studying history, and engaging in his hobby of creating and playing board games.
